The Bertazzoni 48 inch All GasFuel Range is a superb cooking appliance that combines Italian design and engineering. It features a high-efficiency maintop with 6 burners and an electric griddle, a large oven with dual convection fan and a smaller oven for warming or baking. The range is designed to integrate seamlessly into a harmonized kitchen suite with other Bertazzoni appliances. The range also offers optional Collezione Metalli décor sets to personalize the knobs and handles with contrasting metals.

6 burners and electric griddle: The maintop has 2 dual ring power-burners that boil water in under 6 minutes, and 4 additional burners of variable size and power. The stainless steel griddle has an integrated cover and provides extra cooking options.

Gas convection oven: The 4.7 cubic feet oven is the largest in its class, and has a gas convection fan for even temperature baking and roasting on 7 shelf levels. The oven also has a large temperature gauge and an extra wide electric broiler with optional convection.

Auxiliary oven: The 2.4 cubic feet auxiliary oven is ideal for smaller dishes and for warming. It has soft-motion doors and edge-to-edge interior glass door for easy cleaning.
